The effect is within 5 to 10 minutes perceptible and lasts about a few hours. Kratom has stimulating and calmative qualities, comparable to chewing coca-leaves and smoking opium simultaneously.
Kratom extract has already an effect under 1 gram. It can be mixed with any liquid (hot water, milkshake, and so on...). Take 0,5 gram to for a mild effect. To increase the effect take up to 1,5 gram.
